Inês Lobo
Born in Lisbon, 1966.
With a degree in Architecture from the Technical University of Lisbon, Inês Lobo started her independent activity in 2002 with the studio Inês Lobo, Architects.
Previously, she worked as a teacher and worked closely with Architect João Luís Carrilho da Graça. She has extensive professional experience in Portugal and abroad - she has curated and commissioned several architectural exhibitions.
In particular, she was responsible for the Portuguese representation at the 2012 Venice Biennale, and was also responsible for the Portuguese delegation at the VIII BIAU - Iberian-American Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism. Nevertheless, she is still an award winning professional - winner of the “Women Creators of Culture” Award (2013) or the ArcVision - Women and Architecture Award (2014) and has published work, mainly in the specialty media.
