The traditional cuisine of the Oeste Region is based on high quality and variety of fish and seafood and also in ancient campestral recipes of the old Farms and rural Farmhouses.

However, even here the future has presence; there is a serious commitment on the innovation of the Mediterranean cuisine and even some studies and initiatives in molecular cuisine.
